Arya P. G. College,Panipat has two NSS units consisting of 200 volunteers which actively perform social activities in all arenas like Blood Donation, Tree plantation, Social awareness campaigns, Cleanliness Drives, Disaster Management, Environment Protection etc. Our NSS Volunteers have recently won First and Second prizes at District level in Swachh Bharat Summer Internship 2.0 and got a Cash Prize of Rs 50000 from Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. Work done by our NSS volunteers during Covid era from the last 1.5 years has been appreciated by the Coordinator, NSS Cell, KUK. The volunteers distributed masks, sanitizers and food to the needy. Our volunteers also helped the District Administration, Panipat in the Oxygen Cylinders distribution and organisation of Covid vaccination camps. Our NSS unit has been ranked as one of the Best five NSS units of KUK for the last several years. Apart from other regular activities Seven Days NSS Special provides a chance to the NSS volunteers for the overall development of their personality. The NSS Merit certificates issued by KUK to our volunteers helped them in gaining weightage in future admissions and job placements. Our NSS volunteers are truly dedicated and committed towards serving the society and nation.
